Effies.com is here to make sure that each customer of ours is completely satisfied with their purchase and we take strong pride in providing the best customer service possible.

We can add a 1-time exchange policy only up to 48 hours once the initial order has been received.  Exchange must be equal or greater value then the initial purchase. If there is a remaining balance, it will be credited to your account for a future purchase.  No Refunds.

However, please be advised that dresses are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned after the order has been confirmed.  Special orders - which are the vast majority of orders placed on Effies.com -  There will be no exchanges, refunds or credits given as well. As with special orders, once your order is processed, you will be unable to cancel your order, and you will be notified up-front at the time of your purchase that it is a special order. As the manufacturers are especially cutting the dresses for your special order needs; we are unable to cancel during this process, so the purchase must be completed.
